PRODUCT GUARANTEE: We guarantee all of our signs against any flaws in workmanship and/or materials. In the event of any problem, your sign must be brought or shipped back to our shop. If the problem is found to be our fault, we will either repair or replace the sign at no cost to you. Please remember that this is not an "off the shelf" item. You are purchasing a custom-made product that is hand painted to your specifications. So please double-check everything before approving your order.
BACKGROUND COLOR VARIATION: Please be aware that most all our antique white backgrounds will vary in color. No two are ever exactly alike. During our antiquing process, sometimes the background color comes out lighter and sometimes they come out a little darker. This most likely has to do with the natural grain of the wood. However, it does make each sign quite unique looking!
SHIPPING INFORMATION: Since all our signs are custom made, they do take time to complete. Most orders are usually shipped within 2 - 4 weeks depending on complexity. Plus, we always take great care in packaging your sign so that it arrives safely to your door. We ship all our signs using either UPS or FedEx Ground Service. If you're a local customer, you can save on shipping by picking up your sign at our shop.
